Monstera Burle Marx “Flame”

A vigorous, fast-growing climbing Monstera known for the incredible foliage it develops as it matures. Juvenile leaves begin long and relatively simple, then progressively develop the dramatic, flame-shaped fenestrations that give Burle Marx Flame its name.

Care: Provide bright, indirect light and water when the top 1–2” of the mix begins to dry. Burle Marx Flame prefers a chunky, well-draining aroid mix, warm temperatures, and regular feeding during active growth.

Support: This is a true climber and will mature best when given something to climb. Highly recommend potting it with a moss pole and guiding the stem upward as it grows. Allowing the aerial roots to attach to the pole encourages larger leaves and helps the plant progress toward its characteristic mature, highly fenestrated foliage.
