Damages or issues: If you received your plant by local delivery please inspect your plant(s) upon reception and contact us immediately (but no later than 72 hours) if it is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
In general, all sales are final. However, we want to make sure that our delivery partner is handling your plants with the care they deserve. If you have a concern please contact us at info@plantbaby.io.
