Shipping policy

At plantbaby, we offer order delivery in the Seattle area. You need not be home at the time of delivery unless we need to get inside a building to get the order to you properly (eg; an apartment building). In the winter months, if you aren't home at our expected delivery, feel free to message us to coordinate delivery. 

Currently, we deliver local plants to local locations, mostly within a 20 mile radius in and around the city of Seattle. Right now, you can expect your order delivered the same day or within 1-2 business days. 

Lastly, due to the care our delivery partner takes in delivering unique items such as plants we anticipate that your plant will come to you in good condition. However, should you find this to not be the case, contact us if you have any concerns.
