Hoya chelsea is a rarer cultivar of the popular carnosa hoya. It has thick, succulent-like waxy leaves that are slightly puckered and heart shaped. New growth can be a deep purple to red color before it turns into a deep emerald green. They are commonly grown in hanging baskets with pretty trailing vines.
