Codiaeum Variegation 'Croton Petra' 8"

Very bright, cheery, and colorful Croton Petra

It's in a 8" terracotta pot.

I've had this one in my personal collection for about 7 years. I am only selling it because I don't have room for it in my new smaller apartment. 

They love lots of direct sunlight. Too little light and it'll drop leaves, lose it's bright colors, and grow slowly (as can been seen at the base of the plant. I didn't know this during it's first few years with me). 

They like to stay pretty moist and need higher humidity. They will droop when they need water, but I usually water before they get to that point. They drop leaves if they start drooping too often. 

Pictures are of the actual plant. It's about 18" tall from the soil, and about 20" at its widest point. One leaf has a chunk missing from getting crunched while moving. 

There's new growth coming in on both branches.

I hope this guy goes to a great home, preferably with a south facing window!
