
Hoya affinis is a rare Hoya that is native to the Solomon Islands with fuzzy leaves and large, red flowers. It belongs to a unique group of Hoyas called Eriostemmas. Eriostemmas are unique among Hoyas because in the wild they begin their lives growing on the forest floor, and are considered terrestrial plants rather than epiphytes.
