Hoya nicholsoniae (formerly known as Hoya limoniaca) is a rare Hoya that is native to New Guinea. It has large glossy green leaves with prominent raised veins. In bright light the space between the leaf veins will develop a red hue, while the veins will remain light green. What really makes the 'limoniaca' variety special, however, are the flowers. Once mature, this plant will produce clusters of star-shaped flowers that are peach-colored and give off a lemon fragrance.
