Hoya kerrii, aka the Sweetheart Hoya or Heart-leaf Hoya, is an uncommon variety of Hoya that is native to the mountains of China. It is a twining vine and if given a trellis it will reward you with fast growth and tons of large, succulent, heart-shaped leaves.
