4" Begonia Maculata (Polka Dot Begonia)

Native to Brazil, Begonia maculata has elongated green leaves that can range from olive to forest green, with silvery white dots and a contrasting red underside. If you look closely, the polka dots have a stunning metallic shimmer.

Polka Dot Begonias can tolerate a wide range of lighting conditions and love evenly moist soil -- do not let these dry out completely. They generally appreciate more humid environments, but these plants have been acclimated to ambient humidity - about 50% - no humidifier or cabinets needed! They are also vigorous growers.
